BERRY OATS 

Overnight

Ingredients: 

  • 1 cup rolled oats

  • 1 cup milk (or any plant-based milk)

  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds

  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup

  • 1/2 cup fresh raspberries

  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt

  • 1/4 cup mixed nuts (almonds, walnuts, pecans), chopped

Make the Raspberry Milk Mix

In a bowl, combine the milk, chia seeds, and honey. Mash the raspberries with a fork until soft and juicy, then stir them into the milk mixture until well combined.

Layer with Oats

 In a container or jar (a Tupperware works great), add the rolled oats. Pour the raspberry milk mixture over the oats, making sure they’re fully covered.

Top it Off & Refrigerate

Add a dollop of Greek yogurt on top, followed by a sprinkle of chopped nuts.

Cover and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 4 hours.

Serve

 In the morning, stir if you like or leave it layered. Enjoy straight from the fridge or add a little more milk if it’s too thick.
