Ingredients: 

  • Fablas Pistachio Ice Cream

  • Kunefe-style shredded pastry (or kataifi pastry)

  • Pistachio cream 

  • Chocolate

Lightly toast shredded pastry until golden and crispy.

​

Drizzle melted pistachio into the pastry and mix gently to coat.

​

Place a scoop of pistachio ice cream (or vanilla) in a bowl.

​

Top generously with the warm pistachio-coated pastry.

​

Drizzle chocolate on top and serve straight away for a warm/cold contrast
