Fablas Pistachio Ice Cream

Kunefe-style shredded pastry (or kataifi pastry)

Pistachio cream

Chocolate
Lightly toast shredded pastry until golden and crispy.
Drizzle melted pistachio into the pastry and mix gently to coat.
Place a scoop of pistachio ice cream (or vanilla) in a bowl.
Top generously with the warm pistachio-coated pastry.
Drizzle chocolate on top and serve straight away for a warm/cold contrast
