Each month, we spotlight a supplier and create recipes inspired by their incredible produce. This September / October, we’re celebrating Coed Organic - a worker-owned, Soil Association-certified market garden based just outside St Hilary, near Cowbridge.
Originally started in 2007 as Riverside Market Garden, Coed Organic now supplies weekly veg bags to over 70 local households through their Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) scheme, sells at Riverside Farmers Market, and provides produce to ethical businesses like Cardiff’s vegan café Wild Thing.
Grown on 6.5 acres using stock-free organic methods, Coed's veg is vibrant, seasonal, and packed with flavour - perfect for the autumn recipes we’ll be sharing this month!
