Ingredients:

200g milk chocolate, finely chopped
200g dark chocolate, finely chopped
100g honey
Cornflakes
100–200g Easter chocolates (e.g., mini eggs)

Prepare

In a saucepan, heat some water over low heat and place a heatproof bowl on top. Add the chopped milk chocolate, dark chocolate, and honey to the bowl. Stir occasionally until the mixture is fully melted and smooth.

Combine

Pour the melted chocolate mixture over a bowl of crushed Cornflakes and stir until the Cornflakes are evenly coated.

Assemble

Scoop the chocolate-Cornflake mixture into cupcake holders or a cupcake tin.

Cool & Serve

Gently press Easter chocolates (e.g., mini eggs) into the center of each nest.Place the nests in the fridge to set. Once set, serve and enjoy!
