Ingredients:
-
4 medium potatoes (approx. 500g)
-
3 tbsp olive oil
-
2 tbsp Oak smoked garlic butter
-
4 tbsp grated Parmesan ( or cheese of choice)
-
½ tsp salt
-
½ tsp pepper
Prepare
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Wash and pat the potatoes dry.
Slice each potato into thin, 2–3mm slices without cutting all the way through. (Tip: Turn the potato halfway to ensure even slicing.)
Add Butter
Cover the potatoes in a drizzle of oil & spread the Oak Smoked Garlic butter all over the potato.
Bake
Place the potatoes in a baking dish. Sprinkle salt & pepper. Bake for 20 minutes.
After 20 minutes, remove the potatoes from the oven and gently separate the slices. Add the Oak smoked butter between the slices using a butter knife and brush the tops and sides.
Serve
Bake for another 15 minutes. Repeat the process and bake for a final 10 minutes until crispy and golden.
Serve as a side dish, appetiser, or main meal with optional toppings.
