Ingredients:

Selection of fresh fruit (strawberries, bananas, blueberries, or your favourites - we have the best fresh fruit in The Station)

100–200g chocolate of your choice (extra points if you use Welsh Chocolate!)

Small amount of water (for melting)

Optional toppings: chopped nuts, flaky sea salt, sprinkles
Wash and thoroughly dry your fruit. Slice bananas or any larger fruit into bite-sized pieces.
Add a small amount of water to a saucepan and bring to a gentle simmer.
Place the chocolate in a heatproof bowl and set it over the saucepan (making sure the bowl doesn’t touch the water). Stir until melted and smooth.
Dip the fruit into the melted chocolate and either enjoy immediately or place on a lined tray to cool and set.
Sprinkle with chopped nuts or a touch of flaky salt for extra flavour if desired.
