Ingredients:

1 wheel of Welsh soft cheese (we use Golden Cenarth from Caws Cenarth)

Optional toppings:

Chilli flakes

Honey

Chilli jam

Chutney

Crackers to serve (we use Cradocs Sea Salt Crackers from The Station)
Preheat your oven to 180°C (fan 160°C). Place your wheel of cheese into a small ovenproof dish.
Add your toppings - go simple with chilli flakes or get creative with honey, chilli jam, or chutney.
Bake for 15–20 minutes, checking occasionally. The cheese should be soft, melted in the middle, and slightly bubbling.
Serve immediately with your favourite crackers (we love Cradocs Sea Salt Crackers from The Station)
