Ingredients:

Hot chocolate flakes (we use Pendragon Drinks hot chocolate flakes)

Milk of your choice

Whipped cream

Hot chocolate powder (for dusting)

Optional festive toppings: candy cane, Christmas chocolates, marshmallows
Add your hot chocolate flakes to a jug or mug. The amount depends on how rich you like it—Pendragon flakes work beautifully for a thick, smooth hot chocolate.
Pour in your milk and warm gently on the hob, stirring until the flakes melt.

If you have an espresso machine, use the steam wand to heat and blend the milk and flakes together for an extra silky finish.
Once fully melted and hot, pour into your serving mug. Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of hot chocolate powder.
Make it festive by adding a candy cane, marshmallows, or a little Christmas chocolate on top.
